Amanda Isaac, M.A., BCBA, LBA
Executive Director

Amanda received her Bachelor of Arts in Applied Behavioral Science from The University of Kansas and a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. She completed clinical experience under the supervision of Dr. James Sherman and Dr. Pamela Neidert while at KU. She gained further experience with Southeast Alabama Autism Center in Enterprise, Alabama. Amanda began providing services in northeast Kansas in 2015 and formed Inspire Therapy where she currently serves as the Executive Director. As the Executive Director, Amanda enjoys interacting with each Inspire Therapy family. She oversees all clinical treatment, conducts parent meetings, oversees all staff members, and provides supervision to BCBA and BCaBA candidates.

Lauren received her Bachelors of Science degree in General Studies from Wilmington University and a Master of Science from Capella University. Lauren finished her fieldwork while living in New Jersey and furthered her experience in the clinical setting at Expressive Beginnings in Enterprise, AL. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two daughters, Tenley and Laynie, and dog Rodeo.

McKenzie holds a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy and serves as the Director of Occupational Therapy at Inspire Therapy. She is dedicated to helping children develop the skills they need for daily living, learning, and play through evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
